干咖喱羊肉
心血来潮的想煮煮咖喱, 其实这之前已经煮过几次咖喱鸡了。虽然都很想煮出干咖喱, 但是每一次到最后都煮成普通的。 这次尝试用羊肉, 终于成功了煮出了干咖喱羊肉!!!!
1。 先将羊肉切成块。
2。 准备香茅,咖喱叶和 All in One 的咖喱浆料。
3。 倒入浆料,慢慢加入大概400ml的水。(边搅拌边加水)
4。 煮滚后,放入香茅,咖喱叶和羊肉块。
5。 煮大概30-40分钟,在加入马铃薯块再煮个10-15分钟。
干咖喱羊肉就完成了!
